[Midori Kensetu Manpower Export-Oriented Training and Education Center] Teach Japanese to technicians. (Vocational program)

We plan to provide Korean language training and orientation to seasonal workers in rural Vietnam. We teach them about Korean laws, how to prevent abandonment, and basic Korean. While they are working in Korea for a limited period of time, we want them to be able to interact with Korean culture, authentically. Therefore, we have a center where they can learn Korean.

Midori Kensetu Korean Language Training Center teaches Korean to E7-1 laborers (technical program)

We provide training programs and orientation for laborers who will be working in Korea on E7-1 visas. We teach them about Korean laws, consequences of violating rules, and technical terms so that they can work well in Korea for the limited period of time. This is the reason that we operate a center with discipline. Through this training program, we teach them to understand common terms and signs when they see them while working abroad.

In addition, training and practice are available for skills trading at the request of the acquiring company. In particular, we are connecting with the largest Oin Care Center in Vietnam where nursing assistants can practice. The nursing assistant system we are connecting with is certified by the Japanese government. We are also preparing a nursing assistant training program based on Korean standards. If you have the opportunity to practice in Vietnam before you leave, you will adapt quickly in Korea and understand the work well.

Midori Kensetu Korean Language Training Center teaches Korean to E7-3 workers (labor program)

We provide training programs and orientation for laborers who will be working in Korea on E7-31 visas. To help them work well during their limited period of employment in Korea, we also teach them about Korean laws, how to avoid abandonment, and military terminology. Therefore, we operate a center with discipline. This training program teaches them how to understand common terms and signs when they see them on the job.

We provide training and practice for technology peddling at the request of acquiring companies. We connect to international classification associations and standard welding training centers to conduct skill verification tests for laborers who want to work in welding factories in Korea and improve their welding skills.

Midori Kensetu Korean Language Training Center teaches Korean to international students in South Korea (study abroad program)

We provide training programs and orientation for laborers who will be working in Korea on a student visa. We also teach them about Korean laws, consequences of leaving the country illegally, and pre-war jargon so that they can work well in Korea for the limited period of time. Therefore, we operate a center with discipline and teach them interview skills so that they can get a good job in Korea.

[Midori Kensetu Japanese Language Education Center] Teach Japanese to foreign workers with specific skills (Specific Skills Program)

This is an educational program prepared for students who want to become specific skilled foreign laborers in Japan. We recruit specific skilled laborers in Vietnam and train them to improve their skills in order to fit in with the acquiring company. Although the training contents and training policies are almost the same as those for technical trainees, we intensively teach them Japanese so that they can receive the Japanese N4 certificate as soon as possible. In addition, we also prepare specific skill classes for them.

[Midori Kensetu Japanese Language Education Center] Teaches Japanese to nursing assistants (Nursing Assistant Program)

This is a training program prepared for students who want to become a nursing assistant in Japan and must have at least an N4 certificate in Japanese. There is a serious shortage of nursing assistants in Japan, so we recruit and train many students for the demand. Technical and Japanese language skills are important for technologists. They need to learn not only Japanese but also specialized terminology. In recent years, more and more Vietnamese laborers have been working for processing companies, IT companies, and construction companies in Japan.
