A training policy that emphasizes balanced development and facility improvement
Among students studying at the Midori Kensetu Manpower Export Oriented Training and Education Center, there are many who have signed contracts with companies in Japan as trainees or technicians. Students who desire to go to Japan are studying hard every day at the center. Until they leave the country, they usually study from 8.00 a.m. to 15.00 p.m. and in the evening from 20.00 p.m. to 22.00 p.m. It is a self-study period, and they study for a total of about 10 hours per day for 5-6 months.
For students who will go to Korea on the E7-1 and E7-3 visa programs, we apply the same hours of teaching foreign language and jargon the same way as for Japanese students. We strive to help them learn Korean as quickly and as much as possible.
In order to learn as much Korean and Japanese as possible in a limited amount of time, a rigorous curriculum must be conducted every day. However, it is difficult to achieve good results studying in a rigorous curriculum for a long time. Therefore, we also organize various events to relieve stress and heal. There are many events such as birthday parties, farewell ceremonies, athletic competitions, Teacher’s Day…., etc.
In addition, students can experience community life in the dormitory where you live in the school. At Midori Kensetu Manpower Export Oriented Training and Education Center, we establish rules, regulations that applied in Japan and Korea. Not only must students be punctual, but they also have to learn how to keep their personal affairs private and cause no harm to those around. Managers teach and help students with things like living norms, greeting guests, dress, personal hygiene methods, cleaning… etc.
